 What Happens When You Can't Sleep

During most of the day when we are busy our brains are buzzing along predominantly in a rhythm known as "beta". When we lie down and close our eyes alpha rhythm begins to show up. But if you lie in bed with a busy mind your brain is continuing to be alert and remains in beta rhythm.

Here is my story:

Meditation works. I am living an anxiety free, panic attack and depression free life today because of meditation. I had a post-traumatic stress condition due to a hurricane that hit my country.
